Did you purchase your current contract directly through o2 our through a 3rd party reseller such as Carphone Warehouse or back then Phones 4U?

If it is genuine the notes will be on your account.
Always call 202 from your o2 phone to speak to o2 CS to confirm any offers you get like this as some are too good to be true wink

Then I would tread cautiously with any cold call claiming to be o2. It "might" be genuine but we have heard a few horror stories on here about so called trusted partners. And they would have access to some of your records.

Rule of thumb. Never buy from a cold call.
