does anyone know the e-mail settings for an i-phone 7+ on virginmedia? virgin is not listed in the options.

Then use:
imap.virginmedia.com
Your email address and password.
smtp.virginmedia.com

You need to use ssl so it will ask you to use the same username and password.
The ports should be entered automatically but it's 993 for incoming and 465 for the smtp port
