I have had to increase my data twice in 2 days. This is very unusual for me and I also note that when I go into my 'data ' usage it says I have some left yet I dont?

We cannot help with account specific issues.

Please contact customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If data is not working try texting the word "Active" to 2020 and save the settings that get returned to you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Seems to have been several data problems reported on here over the last few days.
Perhaps another of O2's systems is glitching ?

No, wifi assist setting is retained after an update.

The only time it would turn back on is if the phone was completely reset or sync'd to a backup that had it turned on.
