Thanks. I'd been trying all night. Rang at 8.20 and got cut off at 9.04 after closing time.

Because all the cs staff have been outsourced to Capita and they have laid everyone off to save money.

I don't believe you can cancel in store. Be aware that when you cancel you will still have to pay the months remaining on your contract.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If cancelling your contract you can only do it through customer services via the numbers shown in the contact us link given. You are best to ring early morning as suggested
