Settings >Mobile data and scroll down to individual apps.
Each one needs turning on to use mobile data.

Hi @Connectivity
This sounds like something is wrong with your cellular data connection, first make sure your data is switched on. If it is switched on, you could try switching the device on and off if this is a one-time occurrence this can fix a lot of issues.
If this has been happening for a while, it could be you don't have any data left.
It also could be your data settings which you can text ACTIVE to 2020 to make sure they are correct.
