I'd like to change my email address for 02 to contact me and my postal address. Please advise how I do this.

You can do it in My O2 under my details or by phoning customer service.

Live chat works for me, saves you having to confirm from your inbox. Just punch in your number, name and select your customer status (monthly or PayAsYouTalk) and connect. Or you can do this on MyO2 yourself.
