I use 02 and a giffgaff SIM On my iPad. Air. After accepting a carrier upgrade my iPad says I am not subscribed to a network. The iPad still shows 02-UK as mobile data APN Help please?

Try a reset by holding the sleep/wake button and home button together until the apple logo appers and then let go.

But on o2 it should be automatic (it was on mine before moving to business ipad tariffs)

Sorry forgot to add another fix :

 

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

or try hooking up to iTunes and restoring.

When you restored via iTunes did you set up as a new device or from a back up ?

Won't connect to iTune. Because it says I am not subscribed to a mobile data service

Then put it into DFU mode and itunes will see it in recovery mode and then restore it.
