hi.
my phone's screen just shattered into a 1000 pieces. I do have insurance.Can I do something about this?

Not while you are abroad unfortunately. O2 will want to inspect the phone after arranging collection.

Yes but @Anonymous will have to wait until they are back in the UK 🇬🇧 to get either the display or the phone replaced unless they have arrangements with overseas companies. Maybe a nearest Apple store possibly?

Well that does surprise me. O2 won't even send a sim card overseas. Guess we'll see just how good the insurance underwriters are.
