Hiya can anyone help my daughter cant turn on her bluetooth on her iphone 4s any ideas?  thanks

Hi,

Settings, Bluetooth.

Toggle on.

The iPhone's Bluetooth spec will not allow for songs etc to be transferred between units.

Its for connecting to cars , headsets etc.

If for some reason she cannot toggle it on then press the top power button and home button together until the Apple Logo appears and then let go. The iphone will re boot and hopefully cure the issue.

If not you could hook it up to iTunes and restore but ensure you perform a back up to iTunes or iCloud first.

If you want to transfer data between iphones then use the Apps;
