i would like to put a limit on, so i dont get high phone bills, can anyone help me please.

O2 don't offer capped tariffs. Data will run out and you wont be able to use it

You need to manually check your usage in my O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Or make sure you have a tariff that suits your needs. Many include unlimited Minutes and Texts..

Sorry, not possible on O2.
You need to keep a track in the MyO2 app.
