Unable to make outgoing calls only

Unable to make outgoing calls only can send text and wats app. Bill is all payed never missed a payment had contract over 5 years never had this problem. Tried customer service. What a joke on hold for 2 hrs to then be cut off

Data access problem

I have an iPhone 6 which is unable to load websites (such as Google Maps e.g.) or even pictures when working from the 4G network. It works fine when I'm connected to a wi-fi network however. Can this be improved?
