I tried to go on a website to look at adult toys and there is an age block, how do I take it off?

Re: age block

You would need to get in contact with customer services using one of the methods on the following link:
http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
Alternatively pop into your local store.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
