account name & last bill payment

Hi, 

Can I change my customer name on O2 to CANSU KIRTAY instead of OSMAN CAGDAS YILMAZ?

And also, I paid the last bill today but, I haven't seen payment on my screen yet. Can you check it please?

You can't change the name on an account without closing the account and taking out a new contract. You can change the account details for payments.
