Will iPhone 5S be available in O2 store on Friday 20th September 2013?

Hello, does anyone know if the iPhone 5S will be available to purchase from a O2 retail store on Friday 20th September 2013? I called into my local branch yesterday and I was informed that they would not have any physical stock in store on that date and that I would only be able to order one. I don't want to travel all the way to my local store and then wait in a queue to find out that they have none in stock. It will be easier to just place the order online.

I shall download IOS 7 tomorrow (hopefully depending on server capacity) and see how it is on my current phone.  But I am 60% tempted to go get the new one.  As per the question in the post above this, if we order by phone/on line is there actually going to be stock even if we can't have it that day? 

Can you also find out for us if we will be told before Friday how much the costs will be - if I do decide to try and buy online as soon as launched I'd like to already have all the information so I know the cost of the contract etc. rather than have to think about it whilst actually placing the order.  So far all we've seen are example prices for the 16 Gb version.

just been to my local 02 store and was told that on the 20th i can come in store and get a 5s but i have to be there early because stock will be limited, how limited you ask? they could see a situation where that store has only 10 iphone 5s. this jas got to be the most rubbish launch ever. well i will try to get there early so i can one

No store should be guaranteeing you stock on the 20th, they simply do not know how many (if at all) they will receive on the day. The official stance is we will be taking pre-orders for the 5S on Friday while launching the 5C.

I genuinly hope there is stock on the day and you get your phone.

by 4pm tomorrow 19/09 there should have recieved their stock. so i will be going there to find out how many they have. and dont get it twisted i can guarantee you that you can go to a store on the 20th as long as you're early enough and there are 5Ss available you will get one.

So O2 now confirm they wont have the iPhone 5S in stores tomorrow?  Uh... WHAT?!
