Wifi on London Underground

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have never had a problem getting wifi on the underground. My phone has always just automatically connected to the Virgin Media wifi without me having to do anything.

However over the past few weeks I haven't been able to connect. When I try to manually connect to Virgin Media it asks me what network I am with and then takes me to an o2 page where I am asked to enter my number. When I do so it says my number is not recognised.

Not sure why this has happened? I am not new to o2 and like I said, my phone had just been connecting automatically until recently.

Any thoughts?

Virgin have been upgrading the network and quite a few people have been having problems.
You may need to reset everything as said here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/O2-Wifi-At-London-Underground-Not-able-to-conne...
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
