I can't get my phone to connect to wifi and Google seems to suggest it's an antenna problem which can't be fixed - how can I check this? I'm in Turkey with no Apple store... Surely it can't be the case that you just can't use your phone????

If it's broken then yes, that will be the case.

Can you connect using mobile data still or are you using the correct passwords for the wifi connections?

If you can get a data connection of some sort you can chat with Apple here https://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
