Just upgraded from an iPhone 8 Pro to an iPhone 13 (recommended by 02), only to discover 02 doesn’t support Wi-Fi Calling for this model. Big problem as I live in a rural mobile signal black spot and work from home. Anyone have a idea when 02 will rectify this or have found a fix? For now the phone is useless and am back using my old phone. ☹️

@Kentishman The tech specs on the O2 site says that WiFi calling is supported on the iPhone 13. Have you called customer service and asked for it to be enabled on their end?

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

WIFI Calling works fine on my iPhone 13. So it’s definitely supported.

@Kentishman

Chances are that they haven't enabled the iData bolt on (fairly typical) when they upgraded your account.

You will need to call customer services to get it added.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
