Why can't I track my phone

I have taken my phone to the 02 shop they said I could track my repair online I put my repair number in but it keeps saying no repair was found.

Not 'shooting the messenger' here @Martin-O2 but this is pretty poor. A problem going on for months and customers still can't track a repair. It just puts more onus on customer services to look for the information required..and more often than not they can't find it either.
