Why can't I track my phone

I have taken my phone to the 02 shop they said I could track my repair online I put my repair number in but it keeps saying no repair was found.

When did you take it in?
It won't be showing until it's booked in by the repair team.

same issue here - have had 1 text since i took my phone in, saying it had been received.

All i get is 'no repair found'

i'd love to know when i can get it back...

Tracking has not been working for a couple of weeks now.

@Cleoriff Unfortunately there's no update on this atm. It's been reported and is being worked on but I don't have any further info for now.
