Why can't I track my phone

I have taken my phone to the 02 shop they said I could track my repair online I put my repair number in but it keeps saying no repair was found.

same issue here - have had 1 text since i took my phone in, saying it had been received.
All i get is 'no repair found'
i'd love to know when i can get it back...
