Where's my phone.

Hi. Hope someone can help. I took out a contract on Saturday for an iPhone7. I was accepted and all the paraphernalia e.g contracts, legal stuff etc. Also I paid a £19.99 fee for some promo, which they've taken out of my bank. Because I beat the deadline time I was told I would get my phone yesterday. I waited and waited no phone. No email saying anything about delivery. I logged onto MyO2 all my details are stored but no mention of phone or my mobile number. Tried to live chat wants my O2 number I haven't got it yet. So any advice much appreciated.

You need to contact customer service as only they can help. It's probably a lack of stock issue. Use a landline or borrow a phone to call.

Bet it's not in stock as more likely only Apple will have it
