Where is my iphone 5s?

The website said the silver 32gb 5s was IN STOCK! Ordered! I contacted O2 on Monday and they confirmed IN STOCK but said it takes a few days to deliver! Was still in progress on my account so I rang today to be told it's NOT in stock and NEVER WAS, got a sob story about apple deliveries! Why say they have it then? When I suggested maybe I should try another company, was told I should. So much for appreciating all the years I've paid around £50 a month to them. Outcome is, I MIGHT be lucky and get it a few days after the 28th of October. I'm now going to lose my trade in deal for my existing phone which was paying for my new one. Thanks O2 for letting me down.

Yeah they don't seem to care about letting customers down I was told the gold 16 gb iphone 5s was available and I will have it in two days..... Longest two days ever

My friend was told the same but on paying an extra £50 they got the 32gb from O2 instead.

Seems capacity and colour are still causing limited availability.

My local apple store still has a notice saying only some of the models are available.

I ordered my 32GB Space Grey 5S on the 3rd of Oct and was told 3-5 weeks, I called O2 today as it is 1 day shy of 3 weeks for an update and have just been told that they have been told today that it will still be a 1 - 2 week wait. As this is still within the timescale I was given orignally I am happy enough, even though I still want the phone now!!

Now this is surprising. I have just received an email from O2 saying that my phone is being delivered by UK Mail and provided a tracking number. All seems a bit strange all I can say is I am now very confused.

If you have a tracking number then you should be getting your wish.
