Where is my account?

O2 barred my phone earlier this month but realised it was their fault so eventually unblocked it. I've just come out of hospital and it's barred again, not only that there is now no record of my number on the my 02 website so I can't view any bills or anything!!!!

I can't contact O2 because no numbers will work not even 202 so basically I'm screwed. Thanks once again 02 :perserving:

If anyone from 02 is reading this, you were also supposed to text me a response about a proposed credit of £50 to my account which was due after 3 days from a week ago, you never did

I'm afraid you may need to call them from a landline or risk the chat option. You might also want to consider making a complaint if O2 are at fault.
