Im about to come to the end of my iPhone 4 24 month contract

It says on my upgrade section i am able to upgrade on the 28th February, so when should i contact o2 so i can upgrade to the iPhone 5 and recieve it as quickly as possible?

Earliest day you can mate is the 28th.

They won't be able to process anything until then.

Unless it says you can in MyO2, depending on when you took out the contract some can upgrade a bit earlier.
