Watch data not working

I purchased a new Apple phone, and paired my watch, but on the watch I had erased it, and now I can’t connect to my data plan, and get error code 14, the watch is paired ok and works with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, it’s just my watch data plan I can’t connect too.
