Hi, I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble with the volume on the i phone 6?

When i ring or someone rings me I can hardly hear them. Am i doing something wrong?

The voulme on the side is right up and also in the sounds in the settings.

Try a reset by holding home button and power until the Apple logo appears.

Seek assistance at an Apple Store via http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/

Edit / also try Settings, General , Reset , Reset all settings.
