I'm arrived in Qatar and just realised I haven't switched my voicemail off.
1760 won't work out here. Is there someone from O2 who can do this for me.

the only reason I asked is before we have rung up as left a phone at home and wanted it diverted to another o2 mobile and they would not do it said it had to be done on the handset.
Voice mail is only another type of divert, unless o2 have since changed the policy

I saw that thread and I'm doubtful about it, mainly due to the voicemail hacking scandal.
I don't think O2 staff can turn this off (even if it's possible) as they're just not allowed to!
