Voicemail and call forwarding

Hi

I have got an annoying problem that I can not see how to solve.

I use a third party visual voicemail, this involves the call to be diverted when the phone is off.

it all works but the only problem is that o2 before forwarding the call, plays a message that says: '' Your call is being diverted please hold''. Anyway to get this removed?

Most likely the only way is to use o2's voicemail.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

It's a bit like on pay as you go where they would tell you before making a call how many minutes you have left or credit

You could try calling customer service to see if they can disable it but it may be that it's system automated.

It can't be disabled by customer services . Have you tried maybe a different app?

I don't think a different app would help in honesty if it's an automated o2 feature.

that's the thing, I cant find anything to say it is....so trying another app could confirm if it's the network or the app. Still, if it's the network it cant be switched off.

I get 'unconditional call forward' whenever I make a call. Even ##002# makes no difference.  Had this for years but it's no detriment tbh.
