I have an Apple SI phone and have set up my voice mail message but I cannot receive mesages.  When calling myphone it just rings and rings and does not go to voice mail.  I have tried the usual advice but does not work. Does 02 have to activate something?

Try dialing 1750 to turn on voicemail.
Do you have Tugo installed?
If so, turn on voicemail in the Tugo settings too.

1750 doesn't do anything but thanks. I've checked on my settings and it shows as on.
