Visual voicemail has disappeared on my iphone 5S. It happened around time I changed contract to increase data so not sure if this is the cause. I have tried hard phone reset but hasn't made any difference so any help would be appreciated.
You will be on the wrong data package. You need to call 202 and ask to be changed to data for iPhone.
