All,

I noticed Visual voicemail was not working on my phone this morning and apparently the whole of the O2 network for VVM is down and will be until January...

Quite some fault. But save yourself the effort of calling the help line. Go back to basics for a few weeks 😞

At least we know!

Hmmm. Well it’s interesting then that the lady I spoke with told me it’s a big problem?
Be interested if anyone else is having an issue...

Ok, so I just called up again and evidently the person I spoke with this morning was correct that there is a problem with VVM...for android users...

As I changed tariff yesterday they forgot to add the bolt on for me which is why it isn’t working, but should be again within 24hrs....

Surely it would be cost effective for O2 to do this automatically???

Every time there is a tariff change or you upgrade, an iphone data bolt on reverts to the default of blackberry. We have fed this back so many times @Londonpb @Martin-O2 and yet no one seems to be assed to get this default changed especially when Blackberry is almost extinct!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Now I'm curious - how do you know that?
