There are offers all around at the moment and I put in an order for anew iPad this morning, not sure if it's being processed or anything, but I've just seen a better offer with an alternative provider and can't find out my actual status. It's very frustrating.

hey, thanks... I'm still confused, I sign in and it shows my existing phone contract and nothing else - nothing ordered.... but! Perhaps I wasn't signed in at 5 am when I ordered it.. so, would the two things be linked? Maybe not, I can't see where to put the ms- number to check on status.

So I called and gave the MS number..told him I'd ordered it today at 5 am, ...... he told me it was ordered this morning,..... I said yes, I then said "it's processed and all ok, right?" And he said it says it's being processed.......🤦🏻♀️
I'm going to have to check again tomorrow as the wording
" We're currently processing your request and we will be in touch shortly
to give you an update on its progress and information on its delivery.
If you have ordered between 11pm and midnight, your order will arrive
between 6pm-10pm the next working day."
is too vague for my liking.
I wanted it delivered on Friday as I have a day off, but maybe I should of obeyed my instincts and gone to a shop to avoid this kind of thing.
