Have you tried turning 4G off and moving back down to 2G/3G as none of the networks support 4G..
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Did you check if roaming is activated before going?

In My O2 do you have the O2 Travel bolt on?

I think you should be OK on monthly contract but there may be no roaming agreement with P&G. Try a different network by selecting manual instead of auto network.

No, nothing listed for PAYG jonsie.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I hadn't realised the 4G setting impacted on voice-only calls and texts... switching to 2G has solved the issue!

Many thanks!
