My O2 will show you your remaining allowances but on P&G you cannot get a breakdown of numbers you have called or texted. You would need to check your phone logs for this information.
You can also fill in a subject access form (SAR) for a fee of £10 if there is vital information you need.

Did you check it? I am on PAYG too and I am sorry @Anonymous but I couldn't find how to check it there help! All I could find was: O2 help pages: Checking your balance > To check your Pay As You Go balance.
