Upgrading through Carphone Warehouse Website...!

I am an O2 customer but want to upgrade through CPW but it's asking me for my bank details to be billed monthly and doing another credit check...!!!??

WHY? I am already with O2...!???

What is going on?

They will need your bank details to charge you for the phone cost and to set up your contract with O2. Upgrades are considered as "new contracts". Yes, you will defo be billed by O2 and still get Priority moments etc...

But I am not in the clear YET...Gonna get the phone delivered to my local store so that before I leave the store I can check the phone for any scuffs or scratches lol Cannot take any risk!
