I am an O2 customer but want to upgrade through CPW but it's asking me for my bank details to be billed monthly and doing another credit check...!!!??

WHY? I am already with O2...!???

It's the only way I can think of how CPW/p4u make money by commission selling. I doubt carriers would pay upfront for sales:/

I'm not a huge fan of CPW but hey ho I've got to deal with them until I get rid of this phone haha:(

Need some help guys...

Got my iPhone 5 in black from instore CPW but when I got home I have found a few scuffs on the metel outter ring 😞

What shall I do now? I tried to call CPW now but their offices closed at 7pm.

Do I go through CPW to get a replacement or Apple?

CPW will be a knightmare to go through as I will have no phone if I have to send the phone back due to the new nano sim ARRGHHHHHHH!
