Just upgraded my iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5 on Friday.

Once I receive my iPhone 5 will my iPhone 4 still work?

Your iphone 5 will need a nano sim which should come with the phone.

A micro sim is a slightly bigger sim that goes in the iphone 4.

Just pop into your 02 store or order one online.

Normally if you pick a payg one up from the 02 store they will want you to top it up with £10.00. There is no charge for the sim card itself.

If your wanting to unlock the iphone 4 to all networks then just fill in the online form to request the unlock. Its free for pay monthly customers and £15 for payg customers.

And no your not being thick asking as not asking a question in the first place is thick !

Ok that's fine, thanks very much for your help.

I only asked because it's the first time I have ever upgraded my phone.

Before I purchased my iPhone 4 two years ago I was on pay as you go so have never needed to upgrade my phone until now.
