Hi, I am trying to upgrade online but as my current phone is broken I am unable to receive the code being sent via text- is there a way around this?

The only thing I can think of is to get a replacement sim from O2, it should take up to 24 hours to transfer your number over.  Then you should be able to start the upgrade process.

Going into an O2 shop would be the easiest way.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you decide to use Live Chat, as suggested in an earlier post, read this first before you do:

I believe by calling to upgrade you still require the text code to continue, the only way I managed it before was by going into an O2 store with photo ID, with that proof they were able to bypass the text code security.
