@Anonymous Try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser. Easiest way to upgrade at the moment is to go in store, if you have one nearby. O2's online stock list is not live and is totally unreliable. If you go in store and they have the phone you want, you can upgrade and walk out with it there and then.
