Hi,

I am looking to upgrade my phone and have seen an o2 deal but through Car Phone Warehouse ( £29pm x 24, 32gb, 6gb data and unlimited text and calls).

Is this something I could do directly with yourselves or should I cancel my contract and deal directly with Car Phone Warehouse ?

This isn't customer service so you would need to call 202 or go instore. It's unlikely that you will get the same deal through O2 but if Refresh isn't a deal breaker then you can upgrade through CPW just the same.

You can't upgrade at o2 for a deal at CPW if that's what you're asking?
