Hi,
Contact 02 on 202 and they will advise what they can do for you regarding an upgrade and any fee's incurred.
Good choice of handset by the way.
One thing to note is the new iPhone is due out soon and will work on 02's soon to be released 4g Network.
The current iPhone 5 will not.

Okay great, thanks. Think I might just wait until the new iphone is out, no point getting the 5 if the new one is coming out soon. Any idea how soon it will be released? My contract is up in october will it be before then?
If Apple follow their usual trait it will be around the same time as the new iOS7 release in the fall. {Possibly. As per it will be all cloak and dagger}
The main issue is the definite supply and demand issue.
When the iPhone 5 was released it took me 14 attempts at reserving one to pick up from the Apple Store in Meadowhall !! I could only try once a day as per Apples Reservation rules.
Networks will all have issues getting them too.
