Do you mean unlock? If so, follow the guide here Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card 

Most O2 phones are sold unlocked now, so try another network sim first.

You can either do this in the my o2 app, or by calling customer services.

They aren't locked.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
