I requested my iPhone 8 to be unlocked and O2 have accepted that request and told me to complete I need to plug my phone into iTunes with a SIM that's different to O2. The issue I have is I don't have a laptop, it broke so I'm unable to do this step to fully unlock my phone. Is there another solution to this?

Thanks Ju

@Juju79 there is no need for itunes. Just put your non O2 SIM in the phone and if unlocked, it will be accepted.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thank you. O2 when emailed said I had to use iTunes to finish the unlock but thank you, that's helped a lot.
