I recently upgraded my iphone from 6 to 7 and filled out the online form to get the code to unblock old phone.  I have been sent emails saying they cannot 'unlatch' it which is NOT what I want.  Can anyone help me as all I want to do is unlock it so that I can sell the phone.

Thank you,  Donna

Hi @CDMcM

Check with another sim to see if it is already unlocked. It could be.

Hi @CDMcM

Unlatching is the same thing as unlocking so dont worry about the email you received. If you've had no luck with the online form you can always request the unlocking of your device via the My O2 app. Log in and under the manage your account heading you will find unlock your device.

Hope this helps
