Unlocking my old iPhone 5

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have arrived in New Zealand with my old O2 iPhone 5 and just rocked up at the Vodaphone NZ shop here. They have put in a new Vodaphone NZ sim, but it transpires that the phone is locked to O2 UK.

I went on to the O2 website to find out how to unlock it, but no luck so far.

Any ideas?

Use the link under device details in your MyO2 if it was the Phone used on o2 in the uk.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
