I've got an iPhone 6s but I'd like to unlock it as I work abroad sometimes and would like to use a cheaper local sim. When I go to unlock device on myo2 it says information not available any advise?

I've got an iPhone 6s that I can't seem to unlock via myo2. I unlocked my 5s via this method and wondered if there was a reason I can't?

Alternately call 202 for contract or 4445 for P&G.

Quick questions:
-Is it an o2 device, ie, have you checked it isn't unlocked already? (Try another sim in it)
-Is or was it taken with a contract or on pay as you go?
-If on contract has the device plan been paid off?

The 6s should be eligible for an unlock under any circumstances.
Your MyO2 should show the imei for the phone too. Is that showing correct?
