Can anyone help with information on how to get my I-phone unlocked, My contract has just finished and I have new contract with the Iphone 5, I would like to unlock my iphone 4, Appreciate any advice given.

As your on contract the unlocking process is free.
Fill out this unlocking online request form.
After you get a notification reply all you do is insert the alternative Network sim card in the iphone, and hook up to itunes.

Yesterday, went online via the o2 web page and spoke with an o2 Guru and gave my details and within 2 hours had both my iphone 5 unlocked!
Great service from o2 on this occasion!
