Hi @Anonymous
If you need to unlock your phone use this Unlock form here Unlock form
There is also a full guide to help you Check whether you are contract or payg as the requirements for unlocking are different http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-Services/Unlocking-an-O2-phone-to-use-a-different-SIM-card/td-p/540294

Hi again @Anonymous
I have noticed the link for the form to unlock your phone is not working at present... It may be a temporary website glitch. If you can't access it you must contact customer services on the link here

It's probably temperorary but being Sunday I'm not sure it will be sorted today. Best option is to contact customer service, again bearing in mind it's Sunday.
I've found the best link, if you want to try live chat, is this one : http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/chatnow

Well I need clarification actually...:smileywink:
How does anyone know for sure the new phone is locked to another network? (is that purely because it wont take the O2 sim? Do we know the op has tried?....) ...Not much to go on really in the opening post.... #cleojustasking
