The advice is the same, either speak to another adviser, hopefully in the UK this time or use the form that was designed specifically to unlock a phone. We only advise calling as they have been willing to do it over the phone but I find it sad when someone is just so short of patience that they want to change network or get the phone unlocked by paying a 3rd party with all the risks that go with such an action.
