Unlock my iPhone X

Hi I find this really annoying, my IPhone is locked to the 02 Network, I ordered it from Amazon and want it unlocked, I have putted a new Pay as you go SIM card in it, I have the IMEI number, if anybody can help me unlock my phone that would be great, it’s a emergency and I want it done for free, plus as soon as possible.

Did you know the phone was locked when you bought it from Amazon? If not you need to return it.

O2 have sold their phones unlocked for over 2 years @Lucas04
